What difference exists between these two countries? The truth is that I do not know it but Obama insists (in Europe) that we must send more troops to Afghanistan like allies. On the other hand, he has promised (to his constituents) that he will withdraw troops from Iraq. It seems to me contradictory but it may be something difference else .. Not so, of course.
