Back to the Presidential Office and I find a message from our General Minister M.U. responsible for linking with the superiority, which informs of  the specimen´s arrival in perfect conditions to the Swiss border (For once not talking about the typical evasion of capital) . The report is also signed by the General Minister of health M.M., who also accompanied the specimen issue. The merchandise´s delivery was also performed as it was expected. The Superiority was very satisfied of the reception and I am glad that the specimen is no longer under my direct responsibility, too. One less problem.

The Neanderthal will stay definitively at CERN  where he will occupy the entire underground facilities, (at least it now will have this utility) to which so many meters deep, make it a really safe place. He may make exits to the outside pure air, and additionally and most importantly, there has at his disposal several thousands of scientists (all that which have not been shot, from an initial total of ten thousand) intended there same permanently. In CERN where they were very much given to self-criticism and little else. Our superiority has warned them that they are now in a no scientific situation.

So after work, (the conflict of writers and translators) another work. The reading of the order´s top secret text, which continues in this way:

— In these writings I see the hand of several soldiers, (mobilized journalists by the war), who do not harmonize their different previous notes properly... the final result has some formal and stylistic defects — I'm thinking while I'm still reading this writing, moreover indispensable and very enlightening. Which follows:

... this made that Neanderthal was unable of having a psychic evolution as did Cro-Magnon, weaker but more cerebral; their brain was smaller by being more modern. Is clear once again that we are not talking about the external conditioning, but about the basic, essential and prior to the circumstances. We talked about what is "of birth". We also avoid any competitive connotation between both species, since a more slender body (Cro-Magnon) is not necessarily weaker. Or in a broader sense, that any breeding of quadruped can take their first steps, few minutes after birth. Under a point of view, we could say a little more philosophically, Cro-Magnon was born linked to exist, to be. Instead the Neanderthal, was born linked to be... hunter. His vision of the world and of others, was strictly animal. Their evolution already was ended. (Ibidem, 163...)

— This guy writes clear... I understand it very well, being a subject that hardly I know. A very clear head our elder General...  I understand that they have mobilized him because of his scientific contribution is invaluable. In the hands of the enemy, now he would be dead.. "accidentally"... and I would say in addition, that our superiority writes as the angels; surely they have the best journalists, now mobilized soldiers, on the staff .... despite their small stylistic flaws.

... those pigs, — I´m following on my thinking — the writers have provoked me... they only wanted to see me in order to I convene officially for them, a great national contest of epic poetry and epic chants, odes and so on, about the war and about me, too, their leader field Marshal and President of the military government forever.. they said at my face,... Of course, the contest they wanted , it should be provided with millionaire awards,.. authentic pigs...! They simply wanted to share between themselves some public money poetically. I have mobilized to all of them to the first line of the battle front, toward East. So all you can begin to take notes of warrior scenes I told them very satisfied after announcing them, their immediate mobilization..  Real Democracy is the thing, gentlemen, not the war. Then I did understand the translators that they will not lack working in the translation of foreign authors...— I´m thinking and reminding to myself, reflecting on the text of the order of the day... and on this day of the order. I lack of some concentration.
