I just watched the ceremony and I liked it. It is clear that efforts since the power always give good results when they are actually efforts. The Olympic spirit is probably a first fruit from a future humanity that should already be here, regardless of religions and politicians.

And it has many enemies. China has given an exhibit (with work and budgets) and on the other hand, the same day of the inauguration, comes a war in Georgia by the subject (not Marxist, he, he ...) from the Ossetian independence. Simply, China is Communist still, however Russia, no longer. Furthermore, politicians in their newspapers attack jealousy the games and seek to be mixed against or in favour in the event. They are well ..

I would like that after the closing ceremony of an Olympiad will start the human rights movements or anything else of that many people in the world needs. But always it´s done just before and during the Olympiad.

It also gives food for thought that the ceremonies are a generation of beauty with an abstract treatment on a historical subject (from Barcelona 92) but in particular, in real life, the history of all peoples of the world is nothing beautiful, but often have been a river of blood and obfuscation of the human mind. And a lot of work to go hungry or (hopefully) a little less.

Moreover, I noted that Chinese women are very delicately beautiful.
