• A FLAG WITH MEANING.

Most of the times I have seen the flag of the U.S. abroad how some people burns or abuses it. Instead, these days, we see the independentists of Kosovo under his refuge and protection. This fact could be spontaneous, but it´s explicity supported by the departments of foreign of U.S. and other countries such as England, France or Germany.

In the old days (a few years ago) was not explicit U.S. or Russia were supporting this or that movement. It could suspicion, or guess, but it was something to "understandings" in politics; people who read newspapers and civically tried to learn how and where the world was going. Although it was often the case, it caused an opposed effect: all around the world is by CIA or KGB thereby losing the essential perspective to the brutal local oligarchies like the main perpetrators of the misery to their own countries. U.S. has not ceased in its intention of "exportation" of democracy as it´s possible. If this is true, how U.S. have supported in the past Somoza (our son of a bitch) or Pinochet? Because in the country there was nothing else. Always in mind the ESSENTIAL anticomunism that the U.S. demanded in return for their support and help. But locally, the required anticomunism wasn´t based on democracy and prosperity, but based on Catholic or religious manipulation generally. Why is it that where there is conflict for U.S. are "deeply" religious or backward countries? Franco in Spain was also able to play his only card: its proved anticomunism from the civil war with half a million people dead and some shooting when the "situation" required it. What happens when an evolved and rich child must game whit poor and not evolved children? It may seem with these examples I am hired by the CIA (I´m open to any "suggestion" je, je...) but is that things are simple. Very simple. The special affaire: U.S. did not want communism in Vietnam but the president of South Vietnam, was as a Democrat as "Uncle" Ho.

With propaganda, religious confusion, manipulation mass, in Spain say things like that poverty in South America was caused by the United Fruit Company.. (sic) But its only that they talk in Spanish... (it´s a joke) Or behind ETA terrorists is CIA etc.. But these things are local, "idiosincratic" and not evolved, like perpetual "guerrilla" in some Latin countries.

Or as the lover husband gives to the chaste and virtuous wife an entire country as a pledge of their endless love... (Argentina) Not more than the ridiculous and timeless sense of heritage of the Latin "power". The essential D. Quijote like a "know how".. What a shame for a country...¡

But the main theme again: is important and good things are more clear about alliances and groups in this old Europe still full of ghosts. Military, religious and historical ghosts.
