The man, also politicians, is a rational being. Well, in Europe, we have CERN wich still has not shown whether it is rational or if it has ideas. ESA may have a better note, but the truth is that it is not proving anything, except his "astronomical" budget, and a new GPS course that only seeks to make competition to the American GPS which has already given very good yields. I wonder if there is any synergy between the two mammoth budgets (CERN and ESA) (1) or on the contrary, things are repeated, doubled, tripled, multiplied tenfold, and so on; even doing nothing may be a repetition, if not a European tradition.. Or be unsustainable like a parasite for taxpayers.

In America, President Obama has reached a kind of horizontality in his policy. (At his inauguration, I thought he was rather like in a sofa despite the prevailing cold..) That if the Arabic world, as if flirting with the crisis, rising unemployment... horizontal excuses, small, short-sighted ...

The human being is a rational being and erect. It has a basic and profound verticality wich "IS" in the sideral space. These days the world celebrates the anniversary of the US arrival to the moon and it looks like is done with reluctance. The human being has changed that he came to outer space.

I believe we should let religions (so horizontal that it are medieval) and religious vows, (a vote must be national and democratic; one person, one vote.) and play as or stronger than the strength of Kennedy in space decision. It is the verticality of the human being, to lift his head objectively, perhaps without a soul, but bipedal, erect. That is certain.

In the "united" Europe we still have several dozen of foreign ministers, but the real foreign to human being, is the space, the universe. We are not as dwarves.

I do not believe in politicians. And the Martians? I know that their salaries are "astronomical" because they are highly intelligent and skilled, he, he ... and coming from planets without religions.
To believe or not in Martians, they do not fuck us, by the moment.
